If your product is eligible for a return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to our warehouse. Once we receive the product and confirm its eligibility for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

  1. Non-Eligibility for Refund:

We do not offer refunds for products that are delayed in shipping or for change of mind. We also do not accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse, abuse, or improper storage.

We work with third-party suppliers who are responsible for the production and shipping of the products.
